Using a combination of Traditional Postpartum Care and hands-on practical support, the Fourth Trimester Package helps care for your mind, body, and spirit after birth.
15 Months of Support

This offering allows you to be held from the last trimester of your pregnancy until you are a year postpartum. Beginning with postpartum planning during pregnancy. After birth we’ll begin working with one another closely in the 4th trimester slowly spacing our time out as the year progresses. Our time together ends with a ritual celebration of your year of parenthood.
Postpartum Planning
4 hours

During our four hours together we will help you plan for your first year postpartum, mapping out each stage of postpartum (immediate, 4th trimester, and extended) to make sure you are surrounded by support, are fed and nourished, and have the physical support around your healing.
Traditional Postpartum Care
5 hours
$250
This healing ceremony is open for folks who give birth vaginally immediately post-birth and for folks who give birth via cesarean after 6 weeks.
We begin our time together with Sacred Listening to process your birth. We will move through elements of Traditional Postpartum Care including foot bath, pelvic steaming, moxibustion, and closing the bones. I will leave you with herbs to continue to use as sitz baths as well as a nourishing meal for two.

Whole Body Pregnancy Childbirth Preparation Class utilizes a unique, thorough curriculum written by Erika Davis using her 10+ years of experience as a birth worker. It centers queer and Black people who give birth to help prepare for various birth outcomes, while helping people to feel confident in their decisions, having conversations with their providers, and using their voice to advocate for their birth needs and wishes. The class is taught virtually with continued community gatherings for participants as well as parenting worksheets available throughout the year.
