Caring For People Who Are Postpartum - A New Class by Whole Body Pregnancy

Are you in community with someone who has recently given birth? Do you have a friend who is pregnant and unsure of how to help? Or perhaps you’re interested in becoming a postpartum doula, but aren’t ready to take the leap into a full training.

This 2-hour pre-recorded class is a way for people to support family members, colleagues, friends, and loved ones who are postpartum. This is a great way to help those who you love the most as they welcome their little ones and adjust to their new lives as parents.
