The WBP Sacred Pause is a free guided journaling challenge created for care takers, mothers, people, birthworkers, healers and anyone seeking a slower, more intentional rhythm, Through daily prompts and simple rituals, this rest-centered challenge helps you reconnect with yoru body, reclaim your pace and peace, and invite in more presence, softness, and sacredness into your daily life.

Whether you’re postpartum, overwhelmed, or simply longing for a return to the home of your body, this 75-day journey offers grounding, healing, and a gentle path towards ritual, rest, and realignment.

Welcome to the WBP 75 Days of Sacred Pause. I’m truly grateful that you’re here. As I write this, I am embarking on a journey of realignment to my self. If I’m being honest, I’ve been on this journey since I gave birth to my daughter four and a half years ago. The 75 Days of Sacred Pause is for me, first and foremost, as I work towards centering myself, my needs, and my purpose in my life and work. The 75 Days of Sacred Pause is for you to create a daily rhythm that allows you permission to slow down, to spend time with yourself, and to recenter.

An invitation.
A reflection.
A reAlignment.
A Sacred Reset.

For seventy-five days you’re invited to slow down. The WBP 75 Days of Sacred Pause is not a challenge built around discipline, perfection, or proving anything. Instead, it’s an opening, and invitation into devotional practice. It’s a gentle, daily invitation to step out of urgency, hustle, perfection and to step into yourself.

Each day offers one simple journal prompt, designed to reconnect you to your inner knowing, to spark curiosity, to provide an opening for reflection.

What You’ll Receive

Each day, beginning on Winter Solstice, you will receive a journal prompt in your inbox. These prompts are crafted to deepen your connection to rest, ritual and rhythm. Do them in the morning, at midday, or before bed. There is no wrong way.

Why 75 Days?
We are striving for practice, not perfection. Introducing a new rhythm, especially one that is just for you, takes time. I want us to move slowly, with intention. Our nervous systems needs consistency to see a new thing take shape, moving slowly helps with integration. As these practices become rhythms, we will ideally become more tethered to our own wisdom, to earth wisdom, to sacred knowing that is older and wiser and deeper.
